Supporting Recovery Through Scholarships
Proceeds from the tournament will support The Mental Health Studio Scholarship Fund, which helps individuals access structured outpatient addiction and mental health programs when financial barriers might otherwise prevent them from receiving care.
The Mental Health Studio is a private outpatient clinic providing evidence-based addiction and mental health services, including individual counselling, therapeutic groups, structured outpatient programming, and family support. Scholarship funding helps ensure that more people can access professional treatment and begin their recovery journey with dignity and hope.

Club Mama- Starting July 6
Real support for real motherhood.
Club Mama is a psychoeducational support group designed for moms and new moms who are navigating the emotional, mental, and relational realities of motherhood.
Motherhood can be beautiful, overwhelming, isolating, exhausting, and deeply transformative — sometimes all at once. Many mothers carry an invisible mental load while feeling pressure to “hold it all together.” Club Mama was created to offer a space where moms can feel heard, supported, understood, and less alone.
This group combines psychoeducation, guided discussion, emotional support, and community connection in a warm, non-judgmental environment. Together, we explore topics such as:
the mental load of motherhood
identity changes after becoming a mom
anxiety, overwhelm, and burnout
self-care and emotional regulation
relationships and support systems
perfectionism, guilt, and self-compassion
Club Mama is not about being a “perfect mom.”
It’s about creating honest conversations, meaningful connection, and a supportive community where mothers can show up exactly as they are.
Whether you are a first-time mom, adjusting to postpartum life, or simply craving connection with other women who understand, you are welcome here.
Because motherhood was never meant to be done alone.
