Michelle offers child and youth counselling for emotions, anxiety, school stress, confidence and family changes. Discuss your child’s age, needs and caregiver involvement before beginning.
What to expect.
Your provider will explain consent and privacy, learn what brings you in and discuss your goals. You can ask questions, talk about your preferences and explore whether the service fits your needs.
What happens during a free consultation?
It is a 15-minute phone or virtual conversation about your needs, provider fit, availability and next steps. It is not a counselling session, and you can decide afterward whether to book.
How do I find fees?
View service details in Jane or ask during a consultation. We explain fees before services begin. C.A.R.E. has separate program fees and funding options.
Will my insurance cover appointments?
Coverage depends on your plan, the service and the provider’s designation. Ask us for the provider’s details and confirm coverage with your insurer before booking.
What if I need more structured addiction support?
Explore C.A.R.E., our women’s outpatient day program, or contact us to discuss whether individual support or a program may fit.
