More ways to find support.
Men’s program waitlist
We are developing a virtual evening addiction recovery program for men. Ask about the planned format, fees and next intake.
Free family support group
Support for family members, partners and caregivers affected by a loved one’s substance use or mental health challenges. Your loved one does not need to be our client.
Addiction coaching
Practical support with accountability, recovery goals and routines. Ask how coaching differs from psychotherapy and which provider offers the service.
Understand your options.
How do I find fees?
View service details in Jane or ask during a consultation. We explain fees before services begin. C.A.R.E. has separate program fees and funding options.
Will my insurance cover appointments?
Coverage depends on your plan, the service and the provider’s designation. Ask us for the provider’s details and confirm coverage with your insurer before booking.
What happens during a free consultation?
It is a 15-minute phone or virtual conversation about your needs, provider fit, availability and next steps. It is not a counselling session, and you can decide afterward whether to book.
